摘要
基于普通搅拌和振动搅拌2种搅拌工艺下的超高性能混凝土(UHPC)配合比的优化设计,研究超高性能混凝土在不同养护条件下的工作性能和力学性能。研究结果表明,优化的超高性能混凝土配合比设计具有很好的应用价值;与普通搅拌相比,振动搅拌对UHPC的性能提升具有明显的技术优势,振动搅拌下的抗压强度增加幅度均大于抗折强度;且热水养护48h的抗压强度和抗折强度普遍大于标准养护28d的强度结果。
Based on the optimization design of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)mix proportion,this paper studies the working and mechanical properties of UHPC under different curing conditions by using ordinary mixing and vibration mixing.The results show that the optimized mix proportion design of ultra-high performance concrete has good application value;compared with ordinary mixing,vibration mixing improves the performance of UHPC and has obvious technical advantages.The increase of compressive strength under vibration mixing is greater than that of flexural strength;the compressive strength and flexural strength of hot water curing for 48h are generally greater than the strength results of standard curing for 28d.
