摘要 对UHPC加固既有砌体结构界面黏结性能影响因素进行研究,通过双面剪切试验和钻芯拉拔试验获得不同因素对界面黏结剪切、抗拉强度的影响程度。研究结果表明,双面剪切试验试件破坏形态主要包括界面破坏和砌体墙破坏,钻芯拉拔试验试件破坏形态主要包括芯样未残留砂浆和砌体结构基体、芯样仅残留砌体结构基体、芯样残留砂浆和砌体结构基体;界面植筋对试件界面黏结剪切强度的影响最大,砌筑砂浆强度等级的影响次之,基体湿润度的影响最小;砌筑砂浆强度等级和界面粗糙度对试件界面黏结抗拉强度的影响较大,界面剂的影响次之,墙面类型的影响最小。 This paper studies the influencing factors for the interface bonding properties of UHPC reinforced existing masonry structures. The influence degree of different influences factors on interface bonding shear strength and interface bonding tensile strength are obtained through double-sided shear tests and pull-stripping tests. The research results show that, the failure modes of double-sided shear tests specimens mainly include interface failure and masonry wall failure. The failure modes of pull-stripping tests specimens mainly include no residual mortar and masonry substrate in some samples, residual masonry substrate in some samples, residual mortar and masonry substrate in some samples. The effect of interface embedded steel bars on interface bonding shear strength is the largest, followed by the strength of masonry mortar, and the effect of masonry humidity is the least. The masonry mortar strength grade and interface roughness have great effect on the interface bonding tensile strength, followed by the adhesion agent, and the type of wall space has the least effect.
