摘要
目的观察天麻素注射液配合艾灸治疗后循环缺血的临床疗效分析。方法将在广东省连州市中医院2015年3月-2020年12月收治循环缺血患者78例,随机数字法分为对照组和试验组,每组各39例,其中接受常规治疗+艾灸治疗为对照组,接受常规治疗+天麻素注射液配合艾灸治疗为试验组。对照两组患者治疗前、后眩晕评分、生活质量评分,治疗后症状消失时间与临床疗效判断。结果眩晕评分较治疗前降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组生活质量评分提升,试验组更高(P<0.05)。试验组症状消失时间更短(P<0.05)。试验组患总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在后循环缺血患者治疗中,以天麻素注射液配合艾灸治疗,可明显减少眩晕评分,缩短症状持续,提升生活质量与有效率。
Objective To observe clinical effect of gastrodin injection combined with Moxibustion in treatment of posterior circulation ischemia.Methods The paper chose 78 patients with circulatory ischemia treated in Lianzhou City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2015 to December 2020,and divided them into control group and experimental group randomly,with 39 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine treatment+moxibustion,and experimental group with routine treatment+gastrodin injection combined with moxibustion.Vertigo scores and life quality scores before and after treatment,time of symptom disappearance after treatment and clinical curative effect was compared between two groups.Results Vertigo scores of experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,life quality scores of two groups were improved,experimental group were higher(P<0.05).Disappearance time of symptoms in experimental group was shorter(P<0.05).Total effective rate of experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In treatment of patients with posterior circulation ischemia,gastrodin injection combined with moxibustion can reduce vertigo scores,shorten duration of symptoms,and improve life quality and effective rate significantly.
