摘要
目的探讨急诊治疗心律失常,采取稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔效果。方法选2019年2月-2021年2月阳春市人民医院收治的100例心律失常患者作为研究对象,按掷硬币分两组,每组各50例。对照组实行美托洛尔,观察组实行美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组不良反应、血液流变指标、心电图指标、ST段压低、室性早搏、ST段压低持续时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒,可改变血液流变学、ST段压低等指标水平,促进疗效,值得推荐使用。
Objective To explore effect of Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in emergency treatment of arrhythmia.Methods The paper chose 100 cases arrhythmia patients treated in Yangchun City People's Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 as research objects,and divided them into two groups according to coin tossing,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with metoprolol;observation group with metoprolol combined with Wenxin granule.Curative effect between two groups was compared.Results Adverse reactions,hemorheological indexes,ECG indexes,ST segment depression,ventricular premature beats and duration of ST segment depression in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05);curative effect of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with Wenxin granule can change index level of hemorheology and low ST segment pressure and promote curative effect,which is worthy of recommendation and application.
