摘要
目的孕妇产前采取瑜伽训练,探究其对妊娠及分娩结局的影响。方法选择云南省罗平县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心2018年12月-2020年4月收治的122例孕妇作为实验对象,并将参与实验的患者随机分为对照组和实验组,两组均为61例。对照组孕妇给予常规健康指导,实验组在此基础上增添瑜伽训练;观察两组孕妇妊娠期情绪变化、体重、胎心,并将自然分娩率、早产率、产后出血率、妊娠期指标(血糖、血压、增加体重)、心理状况及胎心频率进行对比分析。结果实验组自然分娩率、心理评分及胎心频率均高于对照组,早产率、产后出血率与妊娠期指标(血糖、血压、增加体重)均低于对照组,同时实验组孕妇的盆底肌改善效果整体优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在孕妇妊娠期间进行瑜伽训练有利于孕妇分娩,可提高自然分娩率,控制孕妇妊娠期血糖血压升高,改善患者心理状况,应用价值较高。
Objective To explore effect of prenatal yoga training on pregnancy and delivery outcome.Methods The paper chose 122 pregnant women treated in Luoping County Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from December 2018 to April 2020 as experimental objects,and divided them into control group and experimental group randomly,with 61 cases in both groups.Pregnant women in control group was treated with routine health guidance,and experimental group with yoga training on the basis.Emotional changes,weight and fetal heart rate of pregnant women between two groups were observed,natural delivery rate,premature delivery rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate,pregnancy indexes(blood glucose,blood pressure,weight gain),psychological status and fetal heart rate were compared and analyzed.Results Natural delivery rate,psychological scores and fetal heart rate in experimental group were higher than control group,premature delivery rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate and pregnancy indexes(blood glucose,blood pressure and weight gain)were lower than control group.At the same time,improvement effect of pelvic floor muscle in experimental group was better than control group as a whole,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yoga training during pregnancy is beneficial to delivery of pregnant women,can improve natural delivery rate,control increase of blood glucose and blood pressure during pregnancy,and improve psychological status of patients,which has high application value.
