摘要
目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者外周血CD8^(+)CD39^(+)T细胞水平及临床意义。方法选取60例NSCLC患者为NSCLC组,60例健康人群为对照组。检测两组外周血CD8^(+)CD39^(+)T细胞水平,分析NSCLC患者外周血CD8^(+)CD39^(+)T细胞水平与其临床特征和预后的关系。结果NSCLC组外周血CD8^(+)CD39^(+)T细胞水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。肿瘤直径>3 cm、低分化、TNMⅢ期的NSCLC患者外周血CD8^(+)CD39^(+)T细胞水平高于肿瘤直径≤3 cm、中高分化、TNMⅠ~Ⅱ期的患者(P<0.05)。CD8^(+)CD39^(+)T细胞高水平组术后1年肿瘤无进展生存率及无进展生存期均低于低水平组(P<0.05)。TNM分期、外周血CD8^(+)CD39^(+)T细胞水平是NSCLC患者预后的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论CD8^(+)CD39^(+)T细胞在NSCLC患者外周血中呈高水平,且与临床病理特征及预后关系密切,可作为患者病情和预后的评估指标。
Aim To investigate the expression and clinical significance of peripheral blood CD8^(+)CD39^(+)T cells in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:60 patients with NSCLC were selected as the NSCLC group,and 60 healthy people were selected as the control group.Peripheral blood CD8^(+)CD39^(+)T cell level was detected in both groups,and the relationship between peripheral blood CD8^(+)CD39^(+)T cell level and clinical characteristics of NSCLC patients was analyzed.All NSCLC patients were followed up after surgery to analyze the relationship between peripheral blood CD8^(+)CD39^(+)T cell level and prognosis.Results:The peripheral CD8^(+)CD39^(+)T cell level in NSCLC group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of CD8^(+)CD39^(+)T cells in peripheral blood of pa-tients with low differentiation,stageⅢor tumor diameter>3 cm was higher than that of patients with medium and high dif-ferentiation,stageⅠ~Ⅱor tumor diameter≤3 cm(P<0.05).The progression-free survival rate 1 year after operation of patients in CD8^(+)CD39^(+)T high level group were lower than those in low level group(P<0.05).TNM stage and periph-eral blood CD8^(+)CD39^(+)T cell level were prognostic factors of NSCLC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The CD8^(+)CD39^(+)T cells are highly expressed in the peripheral blood of patients with NSCLC,and are correlated with clinicopathologi-cal features and prognosis,which can be used as an indicator for evaluating the condition and prognosis of patients.
