摘要
采用一锅法对氧化石墨烯(GO)进行了硅烷偶联剂的接枝改性以及N-(1,3-二甲基丁基)-N′-苯基对苯二胺(DMPPD)的还原,制备得到了功能化石墨烯(FG)。将GO与FG分别与硅橡胶(SR)复合制备得到GO/SR和FG/SR。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、热失重分析(TGA)以及拉曼光谱手段证明了GO的成功还原以及硅烷偶联剂的接枝引入。相比GO,FG在SR中具有更好的分散性以及更强的界面相互作用。当FG填充量为0.1份时,SR复合材料的补强效果最理想,相比空白试样的拉伸强度提升了24%。此外,相比GO,FG对SR的抗热氧老化性能改善效果更好。当填料用量为0.3份时,相同老化时间下,FG/SR复合材料的拉伸强度保持率优于GO/SR复合材料。
The functionalized graphene(GO)was prepared in a one-pot approach,via the grafting of silane coupling agent onto graphene oxide(GO)and the followed reduction by N-1,3-dimethylbutyl-N′-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine.Then,GO and FG were compounded with silicone rubber(SR),respectively.Owing to the good dispersion and interfacial interaction of FG within silicone rubber(SR)matrix,the FG/SR composites show better mechanical properties than that of GO/SR composites.With the filler loading of 0.1phr,the FG/SR composites obtain a maximum improvement of 24%in tensile strength compared with that of the blank sample.In addition,the FG/SR shows better thermal-oxidative ageing resistance than that of GO/SR.Under the same ageing time,the FG/SR(0.3phr)shows better retention rate in tensile strength than that of GO/SR(0.3phr),which is attributed not only to the radicals’stabilization of C=C conjugated structure,but also to the barrier role of FG flakes to oxygen.
