安全钳作用下曳引电梯轿架动力学响应的分析

摘要 针对电梯紧急制动时产生振动的问题,以1∶1的曳引电梯轿架为研究对象,基于曳引式电梯减震垫的工作方式建立了电梯紧急制动时轿厢架的动力学方程,进一步采用安装减震垫的方式来减少轿架的振动,并用MATLAB编制程序比较安装减震垫前后轿架的动力学响应。仿真结果表明,优化后的轿架在极限情况下的振动幅度明显降低,进一步验证了优化方案的可行性。 In view of the vibration of elevator emergency braking,a 1:1 traction elevator car frame is taken as the research object.Based on the working mode of traction elevator cushion,the dynamic equation of the car frame during elevator emergency braking is established.Furthermore,the vibration of the car frame is reduced by installing shock cushions,and the dynamic response of the car frame is compared with that before installing shock cushion by the programmed in MATLAB.The numerical simulation results show that the vibration amplitude of the optimized car frame can be significantly declined in the limit condition,which further verifies the feasibility of the optimization scheme.
