摘要
该文探讨了一种采用活塞式蓄能器复位的电梯用液压缓冲器,通过建立冲击过程的动力学方程,利用MAT-LAB动态仿真考察系统的缓冲性能,讨论蓄能器对系统缓冲性能的影响。系统缓冲过程平稳,无大的冲击,从理论上论证了带活塞式蓄能器的电梯用液压缓冲器的可行性。
It is common to use spring for restoration in oil buffers used in elevator sytems. In this paper, a new type of oil buffer with a piston accumulator is discussed. The dynamic model of the strike process is established. Then via MATLAB, the buffering performances and the factors are discussed. Through the simulation results, the buffering performance is perfect. This paper provides a theoretically feasible method for the study of buffer with high speed impact, small size buffer.
