摘要
2018年自然资源部成立,标志着空间规划体制的创新突破改革。自然资源部的建立,同样也是自然资源管理体制的一次重大创新,与此同时也标志着自然资源管理的突出地位。该文针对自然资源部管理的基本结构,以及具体的运行职能进行分析,探究了未来城市规划和发展的机遇及挑战,并且对城市规划的未来发展趋势,进行了相应的研究和分析。
