摘要
为降低继电器使用数量,减少电气柜重量和占用空间,使电气柜更加轻量化和智能化,在轨道车辆上应用了逻辑控制单元(LCU)。介绍了LCU在轨道车辆上的应用和技术发展历程,并基于轨道车辆典型控制系统架构,分析了LCU在轨道车辆控制系统中的技术定位,以及LCU应用对整车控制架构演变的促进作用。介绍了基于LCU控制技术的典型应用实例,指出该技术能够提升车辆综合性能指标,降低全寿命周期成本,并具有更强技术生命力。对LCU应用的后续技术发展方向和应用前景进行了总结与展望。
In order to reduce the use of relay and simplify logic and make the electric cabinet lighter and more intelligent,it applies logic control unit(LCU)to rail vehicles.This paper introduces the application and technical development process of LCU in rail vehicles.Analyzing the architecture of rail vehicles based on the typical control system,the technical positioning of LCU in rail vehicle control system and the promoting effect of LCU application on the evolution of vehicle control architecture are analyzed.Introducing the typical application examples of LCU based control technology.It is pointed out that the technology can improve vehicle comprehensive performance index,reduce life cycle cost and has stronger technical vitality.It summarizes and prospects the follow-up technical development direction and application prospect of LCU application.
