摘要
为了研究列车逻辑控制单元(LCU)的安全性,分析了新型地铁列车LCU的系统安全设计,介绍了安全PLC理论在地铁列车LCU中的应用。采用冗余设计和诊断电路来保证系统的安全性与可靠性。通过失效模式及影响分析,计算功能安全模型需要的基础失效数据,使用模糊故障树对其进行建模。结果表明,基于安全PLC理论设计的LCU具有较高的安全性;其安全完整性等级(SIL)最高可达SIL2等级,满足轨道交通产品对功能安全的要求。
In order to study the safety of the train logic control unit(LCU),the system safety design of a new type of subway train LCU was analyzed,and the application of safety PLC theory in the LCU was introduced. Redundancy design and diagnosis circuit were used to ensure the safety and reliability of the system. Through failure modes and influence analysis,the basic failure data needed by functional safety model were calculated,and fuzzy fault tree was used to model it. The results show that the LCU designed based on safety PLC theory has high safety,and its safety integrity level(SIL) can reach the highest SIL2 level,which meets the functional safety requirements of rail transit products.
