摘要
乡村振兴是中华民族伟大复兴的基石。要实现农业农村优先发展,全面推进乡村振兴,必须做好乡村政治安全这篇大文章。党的十八大以来,乡村基层政治建设取得显著成就,政治生态明显改善。通过一系列学习教育实践活动,广大乡村干部政治素质得到很大提高,但以政治安全视角来看,乡村权力主体的政治思想、乡村政治治理实践还存在一些不足,且乡村面临西方意识形态侵蚀和邪教、封建迷信、非法宗教渗透的风险。对此,应从以下方面加强乡村政治安全建设,一是树立以乡村政治思想安全为前提的乡村全面振兴安全观,二是完善以全面深化改革为统领的乡村制度体系,三是加强以乡村文化振兴为牵引的意识形态安全建设,四是打造以“一懂两爱”为核心素质的“三农”工作队伍。
Rural revitalization is the cornerstone of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In order to give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas and promote rural revitalization in and all-round way,we must do a good job in rural political security.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of Chi⁃na,remarkable achievements have been made in rural grass-roots political construction,and the political ecology has been improved significantly.Through a series of learning and education practice,the political quality of rural cadres has been greatly improved.However,from the perspective of political security,there are still some deficien⁃cies in the political ideology and governance practice of rural power subjects,and the countryside is facing the risk of western ideology erosion and the infiltration of cults,feudal superstitions and illegal religions.Therefore,the con⁃struction of rural political security should be strengthened including establishing a security concept of rural compre⁃hensive revitalization based on rural political and ideological security,improving the rural system led by comprehen⁃sively deepening reform,strengthening the construction of ideological security led by rural cultural revitalization,and building a rural work team with knowledge and love as the core quality.
