摘要
随着社会生产力的快速发展与人们生活水平的不断提高,皮鞋、服装等行业对于皮革的需求越来越高,皮革企业之间的竞争也更加激烈。皮革产业原料或者产品在整个物流体系中所使用的成本便是物流成本,皮革产业的经济效益受物流体系成本影响较大。基于此,对皮革企业和物流管理现状进行探讨,分析物流体系成本评价指标的选择,分三级指标设计皮革企业物流成本评价指标体系,并构建皮革产业物流成本优化的经济数学模型,以寻求利润最大化。物流成本评价模型的构建对皮革企业获取经济效益、改进物流体系有着重要参考意义。
With the rapid development of social productivity and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the demand for leather in leather shoes,clothing and other industries are higher and higher,and the competition among leather enterprises is also more intense The cost of raw materials or products of leather industry in the whole logistics system is the logistics cost.The economic benefits of leather industry are greatly affected by the cost of logistics system.Based on this,the current situation of leather enterprises and logistics management were discussed,the selection of cost evaluation indexes of logistics system was analyzed,the logistics cost evaluation index system of leather enterprises was designed by three-level indexes,and the economic mathematical model of logistics cost optimization of leather industry was constructed,so as to seek profit maximization The construction of logistics cost evaluation model has important reference significance for leather enterprises to obtain economic benefits and improve logistics system.
