摘要
GE Voluson E8是先进的实时三维彩超诊断仪器,其在医疗工作中发挥着重要作用。本文梳理了GE Voluson E8的成像原理,通过不同的排查思路探索故障位点,介绍了3例图像显示故障及无法开机故障。其故障现象分别为图像显示存在问题、显示器花屏强制关机后无法开机、图像存在铅笔状高回声干扰,通过逐步排查确定故障位点分别为显卡、显卡和RTN主电源模块、RSR和RST发射接收板,最终通过更换对应元器件排除故障。本文所介绍的3例维修案例提示故障的排查要由易到难,这样才能既节省维修时间又能更准确地找到故障点。
GE Voluson E8 is an advanced real-time three-dimensional color ultrasound diagnostic instrument,which plays an important role in medical activities.In this paper,the imaging principle of GE Voluson E8 was summarized,the fault location was explored through different troubleshooting methods,and 3 cases of image display failure and startup failure were introduced.The fault phenomena were the problem of image display,the failure to turn on the display after screen crash and forced shutdown,and the pencil-shaped high-echo interference in the image.The fault spots were determined as graphics card,graphics card and RTN main power module,RSR and RST transmitting and receiving board by step investigation,and the fault was finally eliminated by replacing corresponding components.The three maintenance cases introduced in this paper suggest that the troubleshooting should bedone from easy to difficult,so as to save the maintenance time and find the fault point more accurately.
