摘要
开关磁阻电机结构简单、控制灵活,定转子极弧系数、绕组匝数、气隙等主要结构参数都对电机性能有很大影响。采用有限元分析法对一台三相12/8极30 kW开关磁阻电机在两种绕组连接方式下的磁场分布、转矩、电流、电感等性能进行分析,并通过实验验证,采用NSNSNSNSNSNS定子极性排布的连接方式较NNNSSSNNNSSS连接方式的平均转矩更大、转矩波动更小,同时互感也更小。
The switched reluctance motor has a simple structure and flexible control.The main structural parameters such as the stator and rotor pole arc coefficient,the number of winding turns,and the air gap have a great influence on the performance of the motor.The finite element analysis method is used to analyze the magnetic field distribution,torque,current,inductance and other properties of a three-phase 12/8-pole 30 kW switched reluctance motor under two winding connection methods.It is verified by experiments that the connection method using the NSNSNSNSNSNS stator polarity arrangement has larger average torque,smaller torque fluctuation and smaller mutual inductance than the NNNSSSNNNSSS connection method.
