摘要
余度结构常常被使用于提高飞机电气系统的可靠性,一种应用于多电飞机(MEA)机电作动系统 (EMA)的无刷直流调速系统采用了双通道结构。本文采用可靠性预计方法分析了该系统的可靠性,讨论了系统的可靠性预计方法,并进行了可靠性计算,论证了双通道结构的合理性。
Redundant structures are often used to improve the reliability of electrical systems in aircrafts, a brushless DC drive system adopted dual-channels structure which is used to Electro-Mechanical Actuator (EMA) of More-Electric Aircraft (MEA). In this paper the reliability performance of the EMA are analyzed by the reliability prediction,first methods of the reliability prediction are discussed and calculated about the motor,the power electronic device and the controller of the system, then the rationality of the dual-channels structure is demonstrated.
