摘要
小煤柱合理留设宽度是实现小煤柱开采技术的关键,本文以马堡煤业15202工作面为研究对象,通过钻孔窥视、煤岩物理力学测试、理论分析、数值模拟等手段,对煤柱的合理留设宽度进行了研究。结果表明,当煤柱宽度为6 m时,垂直应力峰值水平较低,上帮影响程度较低,底板最大水平应力影响范围较小,最终确定合理煤柱宽度为6 m。
The reasonable width of small coal pillar is the key to the realization of small coal pillar mining technology.No.15202 Face was taken as the research object and the reasonable width of coal pillar was studied by means of borehole peeping,coal and rock physical and mechanical test,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The results showed that when the width of coal pillar was 6 m,the horizontal peak value of vertical stress was low,the influence degree of upper sidewall was low,and the influence range of maximum horizontal stress of floor was small.Finally,the reasonable width of coal pillar was determined to be 6 m.
