摘要
隧道初期支护质量直接影响隧道使用年限,因此在实际施工中,必须严格按照规范标准施工,保证爆破、钢拱架、格栅拱架、混凝土等质量满足设计标准,从而保障隧道初期支护质量。为了进一步提高初期支护质量,文章从爆破质量控制、钢拱架及格栅拱架加工质量控制、原材料及工艺质量控制展开了深入研究,并对初支混凝土相关检测进行了系统分析,研究成果可为相关工作人员提供理论依据。
The quality of the initial support of the tunnel directly affects the service life of the tunnel. Therefore, in the actual construction, it is necessary to strictly follow the specifications and standards to ensure the quality of blasting, steel arches, grid arches, concrete, etc., to meet the design standards, so as to ensure the quality of the initial support of the tunnel. In order to further improve the quality of initial support, this paper conducts in-depth research on blasting quality control, steel arch and grid arch processing quality control,raw material and process quality control, and systematically analyzes the related testing of the concrete in initial support.It can provide theoretical basis for relevant staff.
