摘要
以欧洲某高速公路隧道为依托工程,选取复理岩互层结构地质条件下该隧道某典型断面进行研究,运用有限元分析软件Midas GTS NX建立三维模型,并导入FLAC3D中进行计算,采用单一变量原则,控制喷射混凝土强度和锚杆长度保持不变,分析不同初期支护喷射混凝土厚度对隧道变形的影响程度。研究表明,该隧道初期支护喷射混凝土厚度取25 cm最优,且研究断面最大总位移发生在边墙部位,支护设计时应着重关注此部位,必要时需采取一定手段进行补强,防止大变形隧道失稳。
Based on a highway tunnel in Europe,a typical cross-section of the tunnel under the geological conditions of flysch rock interbedding structure is studied.Midas GTS NX,a finite element analysis software,is used to establish a three-dimensional model,which is imported into FLAC3D for calculation.Based on the principle of single variable,the strength of shotcrete and the length of cables are controlled and the influence of shotcrete thickness on tunnel deformation is analyzed.The research shows that the optimal thickness of Shotcrete in the initial support of the tunnel is 25 cm,and the maximum total displacement of the research section occurs at the side wall.The support design should focus on this part,if necessary,some strengthening measures should be taken so as to prevent the instability of the tunnel with large deformation.
