摘要
目的:探讨脑蛋白水解物联合丁苯酞治疗阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1-10月广州市南沙区中医医院神经内科收治的阿尔茨海默病患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。所有患者均给予常规治疗,对照组加用丁苯酞治疗,观察组加用脑蛋白水解物联合丁苯酞治疗,疗程为6个月。分析两组患者的临床总有效率,比较治疗前后阿尔茨海默病认知评估量表(Alzheimer’s disease assessment scale-cognitive,ADAS-Cog)、日常生活活动自理能力评定量表(ADL)、血清5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、多巴胺(dopamine,DA)及去甲肾上腺素(norepinephrine,NE)含量的变化。结果:治疗后,对照组临床总有效率为67.50%,低于观察组的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组ADAS-Cog评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组ADL评分和血清5-HT、DA、NE含量均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑蛋白水解物联合丁苯酞可以改善阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能和生活质量,提高血清5-HT、DA、NE含量。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate combined with Butylphthalide in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Method:A total of 80 Alzheimer’s patients admitted to Neurology Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Nansha District,Guangzhou City from January to October 2021 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.All patients were given conventional treatment.The control group was treated with Butylphthalide,and the observation group was treated with Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate combined with Butylphthalide.The course of treatment was 6 months.The clinical total effective rate of the two groups of patients was analyzed,and the Alzheimer’s disease assessment scale-cognitive(ADAS-Cog),the activity of daily living ability assessment scale(ADL)and changes in serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),dopamine(DA)and norepinephrine(NE)levels before and after treatment were compared.Result:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the control group was 67.50%,lower than that of the observation group(90.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the ADAS-Cog scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the two groups’ADL scores and serum 5-HT,DA,NE levels were higher than those before treatment,and the indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate combined with Butylphthalide can improve the cognitive function and quality of life of patients with Alzheimer’s disease,and increase the levels of serum 5-HT,DA and NE.
