摘要
目的:研究分析腰椎四维牵引联合易筋经功能锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症患者临床效果。方法:选取2020年10月-2021年10月80例宁夏中医医院暨中医研究院腰椎间盘突出症患者进行临床研究,通过随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规牵引治疗,观察组采用常规牵引、易筋经功能锻炼联合治疗。比较两组治疗效果、疼痛评分、腰椎功能评分。结果:观察组治疗有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的腰痛、压痛、下肢痛、放射痛评分[(1.12±0.63)、(1.06±0.58)、(1.19±0.60)、(0.62±0.32)分]低于对照组[(2.36±0.87)、(2.43±0.71)、(2.60±0.76)、(1.52±0.54)分];腰椎功能评分为(23.09±2.18)分,高于对照组的(18.30±2.20)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎四维牵引联合易筋经功能锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症,获得显著效果,可改善患者的疼痛症状和腰椎功能,值得推广。
Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of lumbar four-dimensional traction combined with Yijinjing functional exercise on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation in Ningxia Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Research Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected for clinical study,and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional traction,and the observation group was treated with the combination of conventional traction and Yijinjing functional exercise.Treatment effect,pain score,lumbar function score were compared between the two groups.Result:The effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of lumbago,tenderness,lower limb pain and radiation pain in the observation group[(1.12±0.63),(1.06±0.58),(1.19±0.60),(0.62±0.32)points]were lower than those in the control group[(2.36±0.87),(2.43±0.71),(2.60±0.76),(1.52±0.54)points],and the lumbar function score was(23.09±2.18)points,which was higher than(18.30±2.20)points in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lumbar four-dimensional traction combined with Yijinjing functional exercise treatment of lumbar disc herniation has a significant effect,which can improve the patient’s pain symptoms and lumbar function,it is worth promoting.
