切顶卸压沿空留巷“Y”型通风模式下采空区漏风规律研究 被引量:12

摘要 为研究切顶卸压沿空留巷“Y”型通风模式下采空区漏风规律及其导致的瓦斯超限安全问题,以晓南矿1502工作面实施“110工法”为工程背景,对工作面由“U”型通风系统调整为“Y”型通风系统后,采空区漏风较为严重,工作面瓦斯超限的现象进行治理探究,运用CFD技术并结合工作面回采实测参数,对采空区瓦斯分布情况及其治理技术进行模拟分析。模拟结果显示:采取不同管径尺寸的埋管治理效果,以采用300 mm的超大直径埋管抽采效果最好,在进行的抽采措施后,采空区整体瓦斯浓度稳定在0.4%以下,瓦斯积聚问题可得到基本解决。经现场调整工作面通风模式和在回风顺槽向采空区方向采取超大直径埋管抽采的措施后,采空区瓦斯浓度稳定维持在0.1%~0.3%之间,解决了1502工作面存在的瓦斯积聚问题,保证了后续安全生产的顺利进行,为综采工作面瓦斯超限治理提供了借鉴。 In order to study the air leakage law of goaf and the safety problem of gas overrun caused by the"Y"type ventilation mode of gob-side entry retaining with roof cutting and pressure relief,taking the"110 construction method"in 1502 working face of Xiaonan Mine as the engineering background,after the working face was adjusted from the"U"type ventilation system to the"Y"type ventilation system,the air leakage of goaf was more serious and the phenomenon of gas overrun in the working face was explored.Using CFD technology and combined with the measured parameters of working face mining,the gas distribution in the goaf and its control technology were simu-lated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the treatment effect of buried pipe with different diameter sizes is the best,and the drainage effect of 300 mm large diameter buried pipe is the best.After the drainage measures are carried out,the overall gas concentration in the goaf is stable below 0.4%,and the gas accumulation problem can be basically solved.After adjusting the ventilation mode of the working face and adopting the measures of large diameter buried pipe drainage in the direction of the return air trough to the goaf,the gas concentration in the goaf is stable between 0.1%and 0.3%.It settles the issue of the gas accumulation in the 1502 working face,making the follow-up safety production develop smoothly,and provides reference for the gas overrun control of the fully mecha-nized mining face.
