摘要
在海上石油平台,容器的内腐蚀由于生产的连续性所限无法经常开罐检查,相对于外腐蚀更为需要关注。对于装有高腐性介质的容器内防腐,常用的防护方案存在一定的局限性。本文介绍了一种高性能的容器内腐蚀防护方案,包括其主要材质特征及工艺特征。该技术方案在某海上石油平台形成了有效应用,达到了良好的防护效果。
In offshore oil platforms,the internal corrosion of containers cannot be inspected frequently due to the continuity of production,which requires more attention than the external corrosion.For the container containing high corrosive medium,the commonly used protection scheme has some limitations.This paper introduces a high performance corrosion protection scheme for container,including its main material characteristics and process characteristics.The technical scheme has been effectively applied in an offshore oil platform and achieved good protection effect.
