摘要
压力容器是化工设备的重要组成部分,在化工生产中具有重要地位和作用。压力容器一旦发生腐蚀,会影响化工反应的正常进行,甚至酿成重大安全事故。介绍了化工压力容器常见的物理腐蚀、化学腐蚀及电化学腐蚀类型,从材料特性和环境两方面阐述了化工压力容器腐蚀的影响因素,并提出了相应的防腐策略,包括合理选用材料、添加缓蚀剂、改善焊接质量、采用电化学防护、使用防腐涂剂、应用防护衬里以及加强管理维护等,以期为相关从业人员提供借鉴和参考,确保化工压力容器安全稳定运行。
Pressure vessel is an important part of chemical equipment,which has an irreplaceable position and role in chemical production.Once the pressure vessel corrosion,it does not only affect the normal chemical reaction,but also may lead to major security incidents.Based on this,the common corrosion types of chemical pressure vessel including physical corrosion,chemical corrosion and electrochemical corrosion were analyzed,the influencing factors of corrosion of chemical pressure vessels are expounded from two aspects of material characteristics and environment,and the corresponding strategies such as reasonable selection of materials,adding inhibitor,improve welding quality,electrochemical protection,use anticorrosive paint,application protection lining,strengthen management and maintenance were put forward,in order to provide reference for the relevant practitioners.
