钛改性环氧树脂防腐材料缓蚀性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 纳米钛由于其优异的耐化学性能,可以显著增强涂料的耐蚀性能。但由于其纳米材料的特性,极易团聚而难以均匀分散于涂料中。通过机械力化学法使用硅烷偶联剂(KH560)对纳米钛(Ti)进行改性,再将浆料加入到环氧树脂中制备出防腐涂料,结果表明:纳米钛在环氧树脂中分散性良好,充分发挥了纳米材料的小尺寸效应以及自身优良的耐蚀性能,可有效增强涂层的附着力、耐磨性、耐酸性能和耐高低温湿热交变性能。在某煤化工装置加药间混凝土墙面上试用3个月,涂装效果良好。 Nano-titanium can significantly enhance the corrosion resistance of coatings due to its excellent chemical resistance.However,due to the characteristics of nanomaterials,it is easy to agglomerate and difficult to disperse evenly in coatings.Nano-titanium(Ti)was modified by using silane coupling agent(KH560)by mechanochemical method,and then the slurry was added into epoxy resin to prepare anticorrosive coatings.The results show that nano-Ti has good dispersion in epoxy resin,which gives full play to the small size effect of nano-materials and its excellent corrosion resistance,and can effectively enhance the adhesion,wear resistance,acid resistance and high and low temperature humidity and heat alter nation of the coating.It has been tested on concrete wall of dosing room of a coal chemical plant for 3 months and the coating effect is good.
