摘要
对硫磺车间的酸性水气体装置中的酸性水罐存在的严重的应力腐蚀问题进行分析。对防腐涂料进行了筛选 ,确定采用钛钠米聚合物涂料作防腐涂层。通过 1年的使用证明其达到了提高酸性水罐使用寿命的目的。
Stress corrosion of aci dic wate r container in sulfur workshop was analy zed.Experiments were done to choose the best anti-corrosive paint.Nano titanium polymer paint was chosen as the anticor rosive paint.After application for one y ear,the service life of the acidic water container has been proved to be prolong ed.
