摘要
在现有屋顶风机隔振设计的基础上,补充分析了屋顶风机的安装及与楼板共振问题,克服了原安装中风机与泛水的刚性连接以及弹性垫的隔振性能得不到发挥的情况。同时,理论计算了楼板的自振频率,并将楼板自振频率与风机激振频率进行了比较,在举例范围内,风机与楼板不会激起共振现象。此研究是对现有屋顶风机隔振设计的一种补充,为屋顶风机的安装以及振动噪声控制提供更为全面的参考依据。
Based on the existing vibration isolation design of roof fan,the questions of installation of roof fan and resonance between roof fan and floor are supplementarily analyzed in this paper.In this study,the rigid connection between the fan and the flashing in the original installation and the situation that the vibration isolation performance of the elastic pad cannot be demonstrated are overcome.At the same time,the natural frequency of the floor is calculated theoretically;moreover,the natural frequency of roof floor is compared with the excitation frequency of fan.Within the scope of examples,the fan and the floor do not cause resonance.This study is a supplement to the existing vibration isolation design of roof fan,and a more comprehensive reference for the installation and vibration and noise control of roof fan is provided.
