摘要
振动噪声测量是评估舰船设备振动与声学特性的重要技术手段,同时也是振动噪声控制的必要途径。随着舰船设备对振动噪声水平的要求越来越高,振动噪声测量方法的研究就显得越来越重要。本文对振动噪声测量中测量仪器、测量环境、测量信噪比、安装基础、测点的布置、测量参数与频率范围、隔振系统的测量方法等经常遇到的技术问题,进行具体分析,具有较强的可操作性,可为从事振动噪声测量人员提供参考。
Vibration noise measurement is an important technical means to evaluate the vibration and acoustic characteristics of ship equipment,and also a necessary way for vibration noise control.With the increasing requirement of vibration noise level,the study of vibration noise measurement method is becoming more and more important.This paper analyzes the technical problems often encountered in the measurement instrument,measurement environment,measurement signal to noise ratio,installation foundation,measurement point layout,measurement parameters and frequency range,and the measurement method of vibration isolation system,which has strong operability and can provide reference for those engaged in vibration noise measurement.
