摘要
针对钛合金航空花键副表面耐磨性能不足及微动磨损问题,开展了四种花键表面改性/镀层的摩擦性能测试及分析研究工作,测试了四种花键表面改性/镀层的摩擦系数范围及其随载荷的变化趋势,验证分析了载荷、微动频率、行程、润滑及温度等条件对四种花键表面改性/镀层摩擦性能的影响规律,对于钛合金航空花键副表面改性/镀层的选择和应用具有一定的指导意义。
For the insufficient surface wear-resisting performance and the fretting wear problem of titanium alloy aerospace spline pairs,test and comparative analysis research on the friction performance of 4 kinds of spline surface modification/coating are carried out in this paper.Then the friction coefficient range of the 4 kinds of spline surface modification/coating and its trend of change with load are tested.Finally,the influence law of load,micro frequency,stroke,lubrication and temperature on the friction properties of the 4 kinds of spline surface modification/coating is verified and analyzed.This work has a certain guiding significance for the selection and application of the titanium alloy aerospace spline surface modification/coating.
