摘要
介绍鼓形齿联轴器的特点,就新钢冷轧生产线连退机组5号张力辊鼓形齿联轴器失效的问题,根据赫兹接触理论,结合设计参数和实际工况对齿面接触应力进行校核计算。计算结果和实际生产情况表明,接触强度足够是保证鼓形齿联轴器正常工作的必要条件,而不是充分条件。要提高联轴器的使用寿命,除了必须保证设计强度外,更要合理选择齿轮的材质、加工制造和热处理工艺,确保齿面的硬度和粗糙度,同时还要重视联轴器同轴度的校正和齿轮的加油润滑工作。
The characteristic of crown gear coupling are introduced. Considering the failure of crown gear coupling of 5# bridle roll for the CAL of Xinsteel,engage- stress of crowning coupling are calculated based on Hertz contact theory,and combined with design parameter and actual working conditions. Calculated results and the actual situation show that the enough engage- stress strength is the necessary condition for the proper functioning and is not plenitude condition. To increase the life of crown gear coupling,except guarantee the engage- stress strength,prior proper select material of gear wheel,machining and heat treatment process,ensure rigidity and roughness of tooth surface,and consider coaxiality emendation of coupling and lubrication of crown gear at the same time.
