在UG中根据鼓形齿的结构原理完成了联轴器内齿,外齿的建模,并在ANSYS中完成了非对中状况下鼓形齿联轴器接触应力的有限元分析,全面真实地反映了鼓形齿联轴器的极限工作状况下的接触应力状况。
establish exact modle of crown gear couplings in UG. And analyze The gear couplings＇ contact stress with full contact pairs in misalignment status. And make the contrast with the traditional calculation formula result, and give some result for the traditional suggest.
