摘要
对大学生进行价值引领是贯彻党的教育方针,保障高校实现育人目标的重要前提,新时代加强对大学生价值引领有十分重大的意义。高校是人才培养的场所,辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的指导员,应该充分认识到高校辅导员在价值引领工作扮演的角色。高校辅导对学生的价值引领,要以“立德树人”为根本,以理想信念为核心,以社会主义核心价值观为主线。在此基础上,本文分析了高校辅导员在学生价值引领工作中面临的挑战:自身综合素质的欠缺、网络信息时代对教育环境的冲击、教育对象复杂化以及高校对辅导员管理模式不完善,并提出优化路径:提高自身综合素养,创新工作方法;培育积极的文化氛围,保证主流价值主导地位;结合新时期学生特点,开展针对性教育;健全辅导员管理机制,向专业化发展。
Value guidance for college students is an important prerequisite for implementing the party’s education policy and ensuring that colleges and universities achieve their education goals.Strengthening the value guidance for college students in the new era is of great significance.Colleges and universities are places for talent training,and counselors are the instructors of ideological and political education for college students.They should fully understand the role of college counselors in leading the work of value.The value guidance of college tutoring to students should be based on“building up people by virtue”,with ideals and beliefs as the core,and socialist core values as the main line.On this basis,this article analyzes the challenges faced by college counselors in student value guidance:the lack of their own comprehensive quality,the impact of the Internet and information age on the educational environment,the complexity of educational objects,and the imperfect management model of college counselors.And put forward the optimization path:improve one’s own comprehensive literacy,innovate working methods;cultivate a positive cultural atmosphere,ensure the dominant position of mainstream value;combine the characteristics of students in the new era,carry out targeted education;improve the management mechanism of counselors,and develop towards professionalism.
