摘要
本文在传统单滴加一锅法制备3,4-二氯硝基苯工艺的基础上进行改进,以微通道反应器作为反应环境,对微通道制备3,4-二氯硝基苯的各个因素进行了探究,在确保主产物3,4-二氯硝基苯纯度及产率的前提下,反应时间由一锅法的5h缩短至1min,硝酸用量由一锅法的1.4mol减少至1.05mol,同时降低了反应危险等级及生产成本。
In this article,using the microchannel reactor as the reaction environment,various factors in the preparation of 3,4-dichloronitrobenzene from the microchannel were explored.Under the premise of ensuring the purity and yield of the main product,the reaction time and the amount of nitric acid were greatly reduced,the risk level of the reaction was reduced,and the production cost was reduced.
