摘要
文章通过邻二氯苯混酸硝化合成3,4-二氯硝基苯,系统研究了硝酸用量(NAR),混酸DVS值以及反应温度对合成产物含量的影响。选用酒精对产物进行提纯,去除副产物2,3-二氯硝基苯,重点分析了酒精浓度和用量对提纯效果的影响。
3,4-Dichloronitrobenzene was synthesized from o-dichlorobenzene using mixed acid as nitration agent.Selectivity of the synthesized product was affected by the reaction temperature,the molar ratio and dehydration value of mixed acid(DVS).The product was purified by alcohol to remove the by-product 2,3-dichloronitrobenzene,and the effects of alcohol concentration and dosage on the purification effect werealsoanalyzed.
