摘要 目的国家卫生健康委重点实验室是国家医学卫生健康科技创新体系的重要组成部分,对于引领和推动我国医学科技创新、保障人民健康意义重大。该文旨在通过对实验室核心科研团队组成机构进行分析,以发现实验室人才队伍建设方面存在的问题,为进一步指导委重点实验室优化人才团队、强化人才培养、提升创新能力、加快改革发展提供依据。方法团队以国家卫生健康委重点实验室提交的2020年度工作报告相关信息为基础,对委重点实验室核心科研团队在年龄、性别、学历、职称等方面的结构分布进行描述,并就青年科技人员、女性科技工作者在实验室代表性成果产出上的贡献进行深入分析。结果委重点实验室核心科研团队40岁以下青年科技人才占比31.7%,比例仍待提高;部分实验室核心团队中男女比例高达19.0∶1,女性科技工作者作用未能充分体现;高层次人才在中西部与东部地区实验室分布仍有较大差别;标示由青年和女性科技人员牵头完成的实验室代表性成果中占比仅10%左右,其贡献或被严重忽视。结论委重点实验室应注意进一步改善团队年龄结构,加强引进和培养中青年骨干科技人才,创造良好制度环境,激发创新活力;中西部地区实验室要调整人才引进和培养政策,提升核心队伍水平;重视女性科技工作者,畅通女性科技人才职业发展路径,充分发挥女性科技工作者作用。 Objective The Key Laboratories of the NHC is an important part of the national medical and health science and technology innovation system.It is of great significance to lead and promote China's medical science and technology innovation and protect the people's health.This paper aims to describe the current situation of the core scientific research teams for the Key Laboratories of the NHC and to find the existing problems,then provide the basis to guide the Key Laboratories of the National Health Commission to optimize the talent team,strengthen talent training,improve innovation ability and accelerate reform and development in the future.Methods Based on the relevant information of the 2020 work reports submitted by the Key Laboratories of the NHC,we described the structural distribution of the core scientific research teams in terms of age,gender,educational background and professional title,and deeply analyzed the contribution of young and female scientific and technological workers to the output of representative achievements in the laboratory.Results The proportion of young scientific and technological talents under the age of 40 in the core scientific research teams of the Key Laboratories of the NHC accounted for 31.7%,and the proportion still needs to be improved.The ratio of men to women in some laboratories′core teams was as high as 19.0∶1,and the role of female scientific and technological workers were not fully reflected.The distribution of high-level talents in laboratories in the central and western regions was still quite different from that in the eastern region.Only about 10%of the representative laboratory achievements led by young and female scientific and technological workers,and their contribution may be seriously ignored.Conclusion The Key Laboratories of NHC should pay attention to further improving the age structure of the team,strengthen the introduction and training of young and middle-aged backbone scientific and technological talents,create a good institutional environment and st
