仿蜘蛛机器人在火电厂钢结构除锈刷漆领域的研究及应用

摘要 在酸碱性氧化物的长期影响下,火电厂锅炉钢结构出现严重的腐蚀老化现象。而当前对锅炉钢结构的除锈和防腐工作主要依赖于人工的方式来实现。因此,为解决对锅炉钢结构的自动除锈与喷漆工作,研究结合现场环境与钢构件尺寸的不同等方面,利用模块化技术实现对仿蜘蛛机器人的本体结构,通过对不同模块的组合设计开发出一种能够适用于钢结构的仿蜘蛛爬壁机器人。在此基础上,还对机器人多搭载的功能模块等方面展开了研究,旨在能够以此提高除锈工作效益,促进火电厂的生产水平得到提升。 Under the long-term influence of acid-base oxides,the boiler steel structure of thermal power plant has serious corrosion and aging phenomenon.At present,the derusting and anti-corrosion work of boiler steel structure mainly depends on manual way.Therefore,in order to solve the automatic rust removal and painting of boiler steel structure,combined with the field environment and different sizes of steel components,the body structure of spider like robot is realized by using modular technology.Through the combination design of different modules,a spider like wall climbing robot suitable for steel structure is developed.On this basis,the functional modules carried by the robot are also studied in order to improve the efficiency of rust removal and promote the production level of thermal power plant.
