摘要
以乙腈为溶剂,采用酸性氧化铝进行分散固相萃取,建立水产品中孔雀石绿(MG)和隐性孔雀石绿(LMG)的快速提取分析方法,考察硼氢化钾粉末将孔雀石绿完全转化为隐性孔雀石绿的转化当量。结果表明:乙腈快速提取法对MG的提取率为73%~78%,LMG提取率为97%~99%,重复性好,优于国家标准;在0.025~0.750μg/m L和0.010~0.750μg/m L的浓度范围内,MG和LMG线性相关系数良好,相关系数分别为0.9985和0.9995,MG检出限为0.005μg/mL和20μg/kg,LMG检出限为0.005μg/mL和16μg/kg;MG能够被硼氢化钾粉末完全还原为LMG,质量转化当量为0.65,分析结果准确可靠,可为样品快速前处理和高灵敏度检测提供可靠的方法。
A rapid extraction and analysis method for malachite green(MG)and leucomalachte green(LMG)in aquatic products was established by using acetonitrile as solvent and acidic alumina for dispersion purification.The transformation of MG into LMG by potassium borohydride powderw was investigated.The study showed that the extraction rate of MG by the rapid acetonitrile extraction method was 73%-78%,and the LMG’s was 97%-99%with good repeatability,which were better than the national standard method.The good linear correlation coefficients of MG and LMG were 0.9985 and 0.9995respectively in the linear range of 0.025-0.750μg/mL and 0.010-0.750μg/mL.The detection limits of MG were 0.005μg/mL and 20μg/kg,and the detection limits of LMG were 0.005μg/mL and 16μg/kg.MG could be completely transfered into LMG by potassium borohydride,and the mass conversion equivalent was 0.65.The analysis results were accurate and reliable.It could provide a reliable method for rapid sample pre-processing and analysis with high sensitivity.
