摘要
食品营养标签能够准确提供预包装食品的营养信息,帮助消费者选择更健康的食物。概述食品营养标签的类型、不同食品营养标签有效性及影响因素,阐述国内外食品营养标签的研究现状,并对存在的问题进行概括,旨在为今后指导我国食品营养标签的修订及促进食品工业健康发展等方面提供理论依据。
Food nutrition labels can accurately provide nutrition information of pre-packaged foods and help consumers choose healthier foods.Review the types of food nutrition labels,the effectiveness and influencing factors of different food nutrition labels,explain the current research status of food nutrition labeling at home and abroad,and summarize the existing problems,with the aim of providing a theoretical basis for guiding the revision of food nutrition labeling and health promotion in China in the future.
