摘要
食用菌鲜美的味道和重要的药用功效被公众认可,被联合国粮农组织誉为21世纪最为健康和保健的食品。发展食用菌产业会对地区经济的发展起到一定推动作用,但自2020年初新冠肺炎疫情在全球暴发以来,我国农业包括食用菌在内的多个行业都受到巨大冲击。为此,梳理疫情世界和我国食用菌产业发展现状及后疫情时期我国食用菌发展中面临的各种问题,提出采用新的营销模式,不断实现管理和技术上的创新,才能快速促进食用菌产业的蓬勃发展。
Edible fungus has been recognized by the public for its delicious taste and important medicinal effects.Therefore,it has been praised as the healthiest and hygienical food in the 21st century by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.The development of edible fungi plays a certain role in promoting the development of regional economy.However,since the global outbreak of COVID-19 at the beginning of 2020,it has exerted a huge impact on Chinese agriculture,including many industries like edible fungi field.To this end,not only the present situation of the development of edible fungi industry in the epidemic of world and China is summarized,but also various problems in the development of edible fungi in the post-epidemic period are analyzed.It is proposed that adopting new marketing mode and continuously realizing the innovation of management and technology can promote the rapid development of edible fungus industry.
