摘要
针对城市日益严峻的暴雨洪涝问题,提出构建面向城市的数字孪生系统,集“实时感知-仿真模拟-预测预警-指挥决策”于一体,实现对城市全域“降水-径流-管网-河网-地表-闸泵”全要素实时动态监测和模拟。以水文水动力学模型为核心,借助人工智能、大数据、云计算等技术,实现城市尺度防洪排涝数字孪生治理体系。以福州为例,介绍城市洪涝数字孪生系统的模块组成以及其在防洪排涝中的作用。
In view of the increasingly severe rainstorm and flood problems in cities,to develop an urban-oriented digital twin system was proposed,which integrates"real-time perception,simulation modelling,forecasting and early warning,commanding and decision-making",so as to realize the real-time dynamic monitoring and simulation of all elements on"precipitation,runoff,pipeline network,river network,land surface,gate and pump"in the whole city.Taking the hydrological and hydrodynamic model as the core,with the help of artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing and other technologies,the digital twin governance system of urban scale flood prevention and drainage will be realized.Thereafter,taking Fuzhou City as the example,the module composition of urban flood digital twin system and its application in flood prevention and drainage is presented.
