摘要
为了探究华南蔗区夏季高温条件下金定鸭的最佳养殖模式,试验将10日龄体重接近的健康金定鸭9000羽随机分为3组,分别采用蔗鸭共育、半水面+蔗鸭共育、现代大棚离水高密度旱养3种模式进行养殖,每组3个重复,试验期为50 d,研究夏季高温条件下不同种养模式对金定鸭生长性能、屠宰性能及经济效益的影响。结果表明:半水面+蔗鸭共育模式金定鸭的生长性能最佳,其中终末体重(1.16 kg)、平均日增重(18.94 g)均高于蔗鸭共育和现代大棚离水高密度旱养模式(P>0.05),平均日采食量(74.21 g)、料重比(3.24)显著低于现代大棚离水高密度旱养模式(P<0.05),死淘率(1.10%)极显著低于蔗鸭共育和现代大棚离水高密度旱养模式(P<0.01);半水面+蔗鸭共育模式养殖的金定鸭屠宰性能也较好,其屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率均高于蔗鸭共育和现代大棚离水高密度旱养模式(P>0.05),腿肌率小于蔗鸭共育和现代大棚离水高密度旱养模式(P>0.05);半水面+蔗鸭共育与蔗鸭共育模式的经济效益均大于现代大棚离水高密度旱养模式,每日净收益的提升比例分别为516.00%和346.67%,其中半水面+蔗鸭共育模式的经济效益更优。说明半水面+蔗鸭共育模式能缓解夏季高温条件下热应激对金定鸭生长性能、屠宰性能的影响,并具有较好的经济效益。
In order to find the best co-farming mode of Jinding duck(Anas platyrhynchos domestica) under high summer temperatures in the southern China cane zone. A total of 9 000 healthy 10-day-old Jinding ducks with similar body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates in each group. The experiment lasted for 50 d. Three feeding methods were adopted, i.e. sugarcane-duck co-breeding, sugarcane-duck co-rearing in half-water, and modern greenhouse high-density dry farming, respectively. The effects of different feeding methods on growth performance, slaughter performance and economic benefit of Jinding ducks was researched under high temperature in summer. The results showed that the best growth performance was achieved in the half-water + sugarcane-duck co-breeding model, where the final weight(1.16 kg) and average daily weight gain(18.94 g) were higher than those of the sugarcane-duck co-breeding and modern greenhouse off-water high-density dry-farming models(P>0.05), and the average daily feed intake(74.21 g) and feed-to-weight ratio(3.24) were significantly lower than those of modern greenhouse off-water high-density dry-feeding models(P<0.05), and the dead rate(1.10%) was significantly lower than those of the sugarcane-duck co-feeding and modern greenhouse off-water high-density dry-feeding models(P<0.01).The slaughter performance of Jinding ducks in sugarcane-duck co-rearing in half-water model was also better, with slaughter rate, half-eviscerated rate, eviscerated rate and breast muscle rate greater than those of the sugarcane-duck co-feeding and modern greenhouse off-water high-density dry-feeding models(P>0.05), and leg muscle rate was less than those of the sugarcane-duck co-feeding and modern greenhouse off-water high-density dry-feeding models(P>0.05). The economic benefits of both half-water + sugarcane-duck co-breeding mode and sugarcane-duck co-breeding modes were greater than CK, with a 516.00% and 346.67% increase in net daily returns, respectively, with half-water + sugarcane-duck co-br
