摘要
目的:探讨应用综合康复护理措施对改善老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的效果。方法:选取2018年8月—2020年10月上饶市中医院收治的60例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为护理研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规护理方法,研究组在对照组实施常规护理的基础上采用综合康复护理措施。对比两组患者肺活量、1s用力呼气量、最大通气量、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果:护理后,研究组肺活量、1s用力呼气量、最大通气量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.931、12.975、14.177,P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率较于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.800,P<0.05)。结论:应用综合康复护理措施对改善老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,可以有效地改善患者肺活量、1s用力呼气量、最大通气量,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures on improving pulmonary function in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)admitted to the hospital from August 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing methods,while the study group used comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures on the basis of the control group.The vital capacity,1 s forced expiratory volume,maximal ventilation,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in 1 s and maximum ventilation volume of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.931,12.975,14.177,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.800,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures to improve the lung function of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve patients’vital capacity,1 s forced expiratory volume,maximal ventilation,reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.It is recommended to be popularized and applied in clinicalnursing.
