新时代背景下宁夏体育类非遗保护现状与对策分析 被引量:5

摘要 宁夏体育类非物质文化遗产代表性项目、传承人、传承基地已建立了“四级”保护名录体系,逐渐趋于完善和细化。宁夏体育类非遗代表性项目总体数量相对较少、传承人老龄化现象较严重、传承基地数量偏少,呈现分布不均匀、发展不平衡不充分等问题。因此,新时代背景下宁夏体育类非遗的保护与发展应健全制度机制,增加财政专项资金投入,加大保护和传承力度,加强非遗机构队伍建设;积极推进体育类非遗与全域旅游深度融合,打造体育类非遗旅游目的地路线;建立体育类非遗项目、传承人和传承基地关联式保护模式。 The representative projects,inheritors and inheritance bases of sports intangible cultural heritage in Ningxia have established a four-level protection directory system,which is gradually improving and refining.The overall number of projects is relatively small,the aging phenomenon of inheritors is serious,and the number of inheritance bases is relatively small,which reveals the problems such as uneven distribution and unbalanced and insufficient development.Therefore,based on the background of the new era,the protection and development of sports intangible cultural heritage in Ningxia should improve the system and mechanism,increase the investment of special financial funds,strengthen the protection and inheritance,and strengthen the team construction of intangible cultural heritage institutions.Besides,the active promotion of the in-depth integration and development of sports intangible cultural heritage and global tourism,and the creation of sports intangible cultural heritage tourism destination are very important.The establishment of a binding protection mode for sports intangible cultural heritage projects,inheritors and inheritance bases are very necessary.
