摘要
为有效开发利用虎杖及白藜芦醇,采用红外光谱、扫描电镜及热重分析对虎杖根白藜芦醇检测,并采用体外抗氧化试验研究其抗氧化活性。结果表明虎杖根白藜芦醇具有良好的抗氧化性且呈量效关系,其DPPH自由基清除IC_(50)值为0.088mg/mL。虎杖根白藜芦醇外表面光滑,具有良好的热稳定性;在3250.4、1631.47、1604.20、1510.10、1457.07、962cm^(-1)等处或附近具有酚羟基、苯环、双键等基团特征吸收峰。本研究可为虎杖根白藜芦醇的开发利用提高一定参考。
In order to develop the use of Polygonum cuspidatum and resveratrol,the physical property of resveratrol extracted from Polygonum cuspidatum root was characterized by spectrum,infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,and scanning electron microscope.The antioxidant activity was investigated in vitro and results showed a good antioxidant properties with a dose-dependent in a certain concentration range.IC_(50) of DPPH radical scavenging rate was 0.088mg/mL.It had a smooth outer surface and good thermal stability.Its characteristic absorption peaks of phenolic hydroxyl groups,benzene rings,double bonds and other groups were at 3250.45、1631.47、1604.20、1510.10、1457.07、962cm^(-1),respectively.This study can provide reference for the development and utilization of resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum root.
