摘要
为了制备(Hf,Ta)Fe_(2)基零热膨胀复合材料,该文以铸态Hf_(0.80)Ta_(0.20)Fe_(2-y)作为研究对象,通过降低Fe的含量,在MgZn_(2)相基体中诱导第二相富Hf相的生成。对其物相结构、微观形貌、磁性和热膨胀性能进行表征分析,发现富Hf相的含量随Fe的减少而逐渐增加,且富Hf相的出现能够抵消Hf_(1-x)Ta_(x)Fe_(2)磁相变伴随的负热膨胀。结果表明,当配比成份为Hf_(0.80)Ta_(0.20)Fe_(1.6)时,材料在255~345 K的较宽温区内表现出零热膨胀效应。
In order to produce(Hf,Ta)Fe_(2)-based composites with zero thermal expansion,as-cast Hf_(0.80)Ta_(0.20)Fe_(2-y) is used as the research object.The appearance of Hf-rich phase is induced in the MgZn_(2) matrix by reducing Fe content.Through the characterization and analysis of its phase structure,micro morphology,magnetic and thermal expansion properties,it is found that the content of Hf-rich phase gradually decreases with the increase of Fe,and the emergence of Hf-rich phase can offset the negative thermal expansion accompanied by Hf_(1-x)Ta_(x)Fe_(2) magnetic phase transition.The results show that when the proportioning component is Hf_(0.80)Ta_(0.20)Fe_(1.6),the material shows zero thermal expansion effect in a wide temperature range of 255~345 K.
