摘要
现代性在其最简单的形式中是现代社会或工业文明的缩略语,是一种社会生活或组织模式,一种与现代社会相联系的“精神气质”,给予普及化时代的大学发展一种未来取向、空间延伸及制度性反思,从现代性视角出发,可以看到当前大学发展中存在着个体主义宰制的“有界”发展理念、脱域机制异化的“虚空”发展理念、工具理性遮蔽下的失衡发展理念等问题。大学作为一种教育、文化和学术组织,在以培养更加优秀的人才、探索更加卓越的学问作为目标之时,应该建构适应大学高质量发展的关系性存在、软边界组织、平衡发展等理念。
Modernity in its simplest form is an acronym for modern society or industrial civilization,a mode of social life or organization,a"spirituality"associated with modern society.It gives a future orientation,space extension and institutional reflection to the development of universities in the era of popularization.From the perspective of modernity,it can be seen that there are some problems in the current development of universities,such as the"bounded"development idea dominated by individualism,the"empty spaces"development idea dissimilated by the disembedding,and the unbalanced development idea veiled by the instrumental rationality.As an educational,cultural and academic organization,the university should construct ideas such as relational being,soft-boundary organization and balanced development to adapt to the high-quality development of the university while aiming at cultivating more excellent talents and exploring more excellent knowledge.
