摘要
目的分析基于奥马哈系统的延伸护理服务在脊髓型颈椎病(CSM)患者术后的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月中国人民武装警察部队河南省总队医院收治的78例CSM术后患者。按照随机抽签法分观察组、对照组,各39例。对照组患者接受常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理的基础上接受基于奥马哈系统的延伸护理服务干预。比较两组干预前、干预3个月日本骨科协会评估分数(JOA)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果干预3个月,观察组JOA和GQOLI-74评分高于对照组,观察组ADL、SAS和SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将基于奥马哈系统的延伸护理服务应用于CSM患者术后,有助于促进患者颈椎功能的恢复,改善日常生活能力,减轻负性心理,提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the application effect of extended nursing service based on Omaha system in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM)after operation.Methods A total of 78 patients undergoing CSM surgery in Henan Corps Hospital of the Chinese People’s Armed Police Force from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random drawing,with 39 cases in each group.The patients in control group received routine nursing intervention,and the patients in observation group received extended nursing service intervention based on Omaha system based on routine nursing intervention.The scores of Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores(JOA),activity of daily living scale(ADL),generic quality of life inventory 74(GQOLI-74),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention,the scores of JOA and GQOLI-74 in observation group were higher than those in control group,while the scores of ADL,SAS and SDS in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of extended nursing service based on Omaha system to CSM patients after operation can promote the recovery of cervical vertebra function,improve daily living ability,reduce negative psychology and improve the quality of life.
