摘要
目的 以云南省高校在校学生为研究对象,研究医学生与非医学生关于创业方向方式选择的差异性和相似性,为高校有针对性地开展创新创业教育提供理论依据。方法 采用自编问卷对云南省内20所高校在校学生进行在线调查,专业涉及医学、管理、理工、农林、法学等。本次调查共发出500份问卷,回收有效问卷457份。对有效问卷进行医学生和非医学生分类汇总,从创业现状、影响程度、重视程度、了解程度、综合因素五个维度进行差异性和相似性分析。结果 差异为医学生较非医学生表示创业方向方式的选择与所学专业相关度低,对其重视和了解程度低。相似为医学生与非医学生在创业方向方式的选择上均表示有困难,且均认为其对创业的影响程度高。结论 医学生的创业意愿高,但创业行动力较低,且较难发现所学专业与创业方向方式之间的关联,对创业方向方式选择的了解及重视程度也较低。
Objective To study the differences and similarities between medical students and non-medical students in their choice of entrepreneurial direction,taking the students in colleges and universities in Yunnan Province as the research objects,so as to provide a theoretical basis for universities to carry out targeted innovation and entrepreneurship education.Methods An online survey was conducted among students in 20 colleges and universities in Yunnan Province by using self-made questionnaires,majoring in medicine,management,science and engineering,agriculture and forestry,and law.A total of 500 questionnaires were sent out in this survey,and 457 valid questionnaires were recovered.The effective questionnaires were classified and summarized for medical students and non-medical students,and differences and similarities were analyzed from the five dimensions of entrepreneurial status,influence,attention,understanding,and comprehensive factors.Results Differences:Compared with non-medical students,medical students indicated that the choice of entrepreneurial direction was less related to the major they studied,and the degree of emphasis and understanding was low.Similarity:Both medical students and non-medical students expressed difficulty in the choice of entrepreneurial direction,and both believed that it had a high degree of influence on entrepreneurship.Conclusion The entrepreneurial intention of medical students is high,but the entrepreneurial motivation is low,and it is difficult to find the correlation between the major and the entrepreneurial direction,and the understanding and emphasis on the choice of entrepreneurial direction are also low.
