摘要
目的探究口腔诊疗用水中微酸性次氯酸水(SAHW)对牙本质自酸蚀粘接强度的影响。方法54颗人离体第三磨牙制备成牙本质平面标准试件。试件随机分为6组,分别用蒸馏水、有效氯浓度(FAC)为10 mg/L、40 mg/L的SAHW浸泡处理牙本质30 min及1 h,分为2个对照组和4个实验组。试件用自酸蚀粘接剂SE Bond制备牙本质-树脂粘接微拉伸试件进行微拉伸强度测试(μTBS),并在电镜下观察测试后试件断裂模式。结果微拉伸强度测试显示蒸馏水组:30 min,(20.37±6.51)MPa,1 h,(20.17±5.72)MPa;10 mg/L SAHW组:30 min(20.61±7.12)MPa,1 h(20.65±6.44)MPa;40 mg/L SAHW组:30 min(21.27±5.92)MPa,1 h(21.46±7.14)MPa。各组微拉伸粘接强度无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各组断裂模式均以混合断裂为主,断裂类型无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论SAHW的应用对牙本质自酸蚀粘接无明显不利影响。
Objective To investiage the effect of slightly acidic hypochlorous water(SAHW)on the adhesive strength of dentin self-etching.Methods Fifty-four isolated human third molars were prepared into dentin specimens.Specimens were randomly divided into 6 groups and treated with distilled water and FAC of 10mg/L,40 mg/L SAHW.The micro tensile strength of the specimen was tested by slow cutting mechanism and the fracture mode was observed under electron microscope.Results Micro-tensile bond strength was(20.37±6.51)MPa(30 min)and(20.17±5.72)MPa(1 hour)in distilled water group,and(20.61±7.12)(30 min),(20.65±6.44)MPa(1 hour)10 mg/L SAHW group,(21.27±5.92)MPa(30 min)and(21.46±7.14)MPa(1 hour)in 40 mg/L SAHW group.There was no statistically significant difference in the micro-tensile bond strength of each group(P>0.05).The fracture modes of each group were mainly fractures and there was no statistically significant difference in fracture types between different groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of SAHW has no adverse effect on the bond strength of the dentin self-acid etching system.
